    The GKTECH 350z/V35 Skyline front lower arm inner spherical bearing replacements are designed to replace the factory OEM rubber bush which needs regular replacement. The OEM front lower arm pivots a significant amount throughout suspension travel which causes premature wear. We have chosen to use a common (COM10T) spherical bearing which is PTFE lined and self lubricating for increased longevity. Simply press out the OEM bush and press the replacement unit in it's place.

    The new GKTECH Super Lock front lower arms are a drifters wet dream but are equally as impressive for our grip friends with 35mm of length adjustment. For drifters (aka skid racers) these lower arms will support 70 degrees of steering lock lead wheel and 65 degrees trailing wheel. They may look similar to others currently sold by other companies but are in fact unlike any other lower arms on the market. These are the first commercially available 1 piece lower arms that work with OEM and OEM style front knuckles (such as the drop knuckles that we sell).

    These lower arms are based off CMM data, are CAD designed, FEA tested, have CNC machined ends and the main body is CNC Machined chromoly steel for maximum strength. To finish the arms off they're E-coated (aka electrophoresis coating) for rust prevention and we're exclusively using Teflon lined bearings including a large 3/4" outer high misalignment bearing, all with dust covers for increased longevity.

    The GKTECH high misalignment tie rods have 64 degrees of misalignment and also up to 25mm of bump steer correction built in. 

    Although these may look pretty similar to other tie rod ends on the market, don't be fooled as they are different (in a good way). Almost all tie rod ends on the market that use rose joints are NOT using high misalignment bearings and wear out in no time at all. OEM type tie rod ends provide around 60 degrees of misalignment and it is critical that around this level of misalignment is kept. Another common issue with most aftermarket style tie rod ends is that there is no protection from dust and dirt. We've developed dust boots specifically to suit the PCYML10T rose joints that we use in our kit. It's also pretty common for shanks to bend under high loads, our shanks have a tensile strength of 176ksi (class 12.9)

    Bump steer correction is altered through the use of 5mm shims. 

    - Corrects bump steer up to 25mm

    The GKTECH R33/R34 Skyline Front Upper Camber Arms (FUCA's) are used to adjust the front camber on your Skyline.

    When you lower your car negative camber is introduced. This reduces the contact patch of your tyres and thus available traction. Our front upper camber arms will correct this issue.

    The GKTECH camber arms are a direct replacement of the standard arms. These camber arms allow for 0 through to +30mm of adjustment compared to the OEM arm.

    The V2 GKTECH roll center correction kit is now made from 1030 forged steel and provides 1.57'' (40mm) of roll center correction,1.57'' (40mm) of bump steer correction and also re-positions the steering arm to increase steering lock. With two different pick up points for the tie rod, this now offers two settings, allowing for more aggressive steering response and less ackerman which will provide faster steering! 

    The roll centre correction kit bolts up to the bottom of your standard knuckle and can be removed with no ramifications at all. Circa 60+ degrees of lock is achievable without offset rack spacers once the factory LCA lock stop is removed but if you're running lots of camber or caster using our offset rack spacers is a good idea to avoid steering bind. 

    With supporting modifications these can see similar lock to V4 drop knuckles! 

    With the introduction of our NEW price, they are by far the cheapest way of getting both roll centre correction and lock!

    Our Budget LCA's are great for someone that already has caster rods or wants caster rods as a separate piece. Even with the addition of our V4 high clearance caster rods, the cost of going this route is around 25% cheaper.

    The arms offer 25mm of adjustment, will support 70+ degrees of steering lock, you can still run an OEM style swaybar and a lock stop has also been incorporated into the design.

    They are also based on CMM data, are CAD designed, FEA tested, have CNC machined ends and the main body is laser cut and CNC machined 16mm thick chromoly steel for maximum strength. To finish the arms off they're E-coated (aka electrophoresis coating) for rust prevention and we're exclusively using Teflon lined bearings with dust covers for increased longevity.

    - Direct replacement of the OEM LCA

    INTRO PRICE 15% OFF The GKTECH Super Lock front lower control arms simplify, improve and replace the front lower control arm and compression rods on the Z33 Fairlady Z/V35, while also supporting around 65+ degrees of steering lock. These arms are designed based off CMM data, they are CAD designed, FEA tested, have CNC machined ends and the main body is laser cut and bent from 4130 Chromoly Steel. We have replaced the dual OEM arms and made ours one piece. By switching to a 1pc design the kinematics are altered which makes for a design that will not bind at high angle and does not cause the steering to fall onto lock, both traits of the OEM 2pc design. Going to a one piece design also has allowed us to increase the caster angle by 2-3 degrees and this can be further increased by our front upper camber arms which have the adjustment to increase caster by up to 1 degree. These arms are adjustable, at their minimum length they start at +25mm over OEM and adjust out to +50mm from OEM. These arms have been designed with the OEM knuckle in mind, meaning they will work with our bolt on steering kit which uses the OEM knuckle. A limiting factor with the OEM LCA is the strut to knuckle position in that the brake caliper is prone to hitting the strut when on full on lock. To assist with clearance we have moved the strut mount 30mm further inward so this limiting factor is no longer prevalent. We still use, as we do all our arms, common sized PTFE bearings throughout the arm, which can be found locally, however, we do have them on the shelf should you wish to carry spares. We also use our high misalignment rose/ heim joints to allow the arm to rotate freely. We also include dust boots to protect the rose/ heim joints and have lock stops built into the arm for those that want to dial down the fun.     The GKTECH 350z/ V35 Front Upper Camber Arms (FUCA's) are used to adjust the front camber as when you lower your car negative camber is introduced. This then reduces the contact patch of your tyres and thus available traction. Our front upper camber arms will get this issue sorted!

    When designing these arms we were able to incorporate more clearance in the balljoint area from the inner wheel well by 10mm, so that the arm doesn’t make contact with the body when extended.

    These arms are a direct replacement of the standard arms and allow for -25mm through to +15mm of adjustment compared to the OEM arm.

    We also have included stackable shims which allow you to further increase adjustment by + or – 1 degree of caster.

    These arms have been CAD designed, FEA tested, they are laser cut from high strength steel, are TIG welded and to finish the arms off they're E-coated (electrophoresis coating) for rust prevention. 

    The arms feature high misalignment PTFE lined rose/ heim joints, that we use in all our suspension arms, that are a common size bearing that can be found at your local bearing supplier, or if you need we do have them on the shelf.

    We also include dust boots to keep the bearings protected.

    One of the biggest issues with looking for additional steering lock is clearance and one of the things that gets in the way is the swaybar. We have developed an adjustable swaybar which not only has lots of clearance due to it's unique 3 piece desgn in the wheel well but as the main rod in the engine bay can be rotated up or down it has amazing clearance for those who have done engine swaps. Ie. RB, 2JZ, LS etc all clear with ease.

    The GKTECH Grip S-chassis front drop knuckles have been developed with the learnings from our previous 2 versions of knuckles (of which over 400 sets have been sold) and we now present a light weight, sheet metal design after hundreds of hours of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to improve the strength of the product but also keep the weight down. With OEM ackerman and steering arm length these are perfect for grip racers that aren't interested in an increase in steering angle that drifters require but with the benefit of an improvement in both roll center and bump steer correction.
