The GKTECH high misalignment tie rods have 64 degrees of misalignment and also up to 25mm of bump steer correction built in.
Although these may look pretty similar to other tie rod ends on the market, don't be fooled as they are different (in a good way). Almost all tie rod ends on the market that use rose joints are NOT using high misalignment bearings and wear out in no time at all. OEM type tie rod ends provide around 60 degrees of misalignment and it is critical that around this level of misalignment is kept. Another common issue with most aftermarket style tie rod ends is that there is no protection from dust and dirt. We've developed dust boots specifically to suit the PCYML10T rose joints that we use in our kit. It's also pretty common for shanks to bend under high loads, our shanks have a tensile strength of 176ksi (class 12.9)
Bump steer correction is altered through the use of 5mm shims.

We have developed an OEM replacement inner tie rod with more adjustment than any other tie rod available. After setting up our own cars we quickly discovered that there are a heap of factors that determine the tie rod length required such as whether you are running rack spacers or not, the knuckles that you're running and then the length of your LCA. These variables create a near endless amount of variables that we narrowed down to up to a +70mm increase in length over a regular S14 tie rod and we also included adjustment for those needing to reduce the length of the tie rod. The final product as shown in the photos compared to some popular alternate tie rods shows just how much adjustment our tie rod has.
The V4 GKTECH Super Lock S-chassis front drop knuckles have been developed with the learnings from our previous 3 versions of knuckles and we now present a lightweight, sheet metal design after hundreds of hours of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to improve the strength of the product but also keep the weight down.
These bad boys are able to achieve around 70 degrees of steering lock with ease!

NOTE: Our offset steering rack extenders offer an additional 19mm's of steering rack travel and help to avoid steering bind. They are required to get maximum steering lock and as such, are recommended.
NOTE#2: Steering lock of 70 degrees quoted is based on having wheel clearance. If you have high offset wheels and your wheel hits the chassis then you may get less than this amount of steering lock.
NOTE#3: Will not work with some brake caliper adapter kits.

The GKTECH Solid Aluminium Steering Rack Bushes are a direct replacement of the OEM rubber bushes.
The OEM rubber bushes are prone to high loads, especially on a track/ drift car.
Our aluminium bushes leave no margin for play and are CNC machined from billet aluminium and replace all the bushes in the steering rack.

The GKTECH high tensile 4130 zinc coated offset tie rod extenders screw on to the end of either standard or aftermarket tie rods and allow the tie rods to travel further into the steering rack which creates more steering lock with the added bonus of moving the tie rod position forward 25mm's which helps reduce steering bind. Great for drift or getting out of parking spots. The offset rack spacers are a great alternative to moving the steering rack forward and offer 19mm's extra steering lock without compromising on the amount of thread left in the steering rack.

The GKTECH Polyurethane steering shaft spacer will increase your steering response. The feedback that the stock steering rack provides to the driver can sometimes be a bit unpredictable, but with this product response is transferred all the time. A must for the serious driver, both street and track.
